    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

    1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix
    1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
    2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread, melted

    1. Preheat oven to 425°. In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixure until evenly coated.
    2. On lightly greased baking sheet, arrange chicken; drizzle with spread.
    3. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once.
    4. Also terrific with Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion, Onion Mushroom or Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix.
    Serves: 6
