    Recipe is from "Leaving Home" by Louise Grace


    List of Ingredients


    • Nacho Chips
    • Canned chile - - without beans
    • Grated cheese - - of your choice or mix
    • Picante sauce - - to taste
    • Sliced jalapeno peppers - - to taste
    • Chopped onions - - to taste


    Instructions


    1. Open can of chili and spread desired amount of chili on each chip. (I heat my chili first)

    2. Place chips on cookie sheet close together.

    3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of chili.

    4. Top with onions, picante sauce and jalapeno peppers.

    5. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and starts to bubble.



    Final Comments


    The amount of servings depends on who is doing the eating.
