Popeye Spinach


Recipe Introduction

This can be used as a side dish or appetizer. ;~)

List of Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
3/4 cup better or margarine, melted
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
4. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
5. Can be made ahead and frozen.
