    Sausage Picante Hand Rolls

    4 warm burrito size flour tortillas
    1/2 cup smoked sausage,diced
    1/2 cup onions,diced
    1/2 cup each red,green and yellow bell peppers,diced
    2 jalapenos,diced
    2 Tbsp. picante sauce
    1 cup pepper jack cheese,shredded

    Spray a non stick skillet with cookin spray.Add sausage and cook for 3 min.Add onion and peppers and stir fry for 2-3 min.Add picante sauce and spread filling evenly onto warm tortillas.Roll tortilla up and place seamside down on a cutting board.Slice each roll into 6 slices.
