    Hey girls, I have been doing a recipe book for a local police dept. and found this recipe shared by someone. I tried it and it is great. Wanted to share with you. It is very moist and sweeter than most.

    List of Ingredients




    Cornbread - ll

    1 box Jiffy cornbread/muffin mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. of banana peppers, sliced,drain

    Mix all the above well and pour into a 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 400~ for 20 minutes. I served with chili beans and DH ate almost the whole pan.
