    Bacon and Swiss Waffles (Bisquick)

    2 cups Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup Bacos bacon flavored bits or chips or real bacon, cooked
    crisp

    Heat waffle iron and grease if necessary.

    Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in large bowl.

    Stir in cheese and bacon.

    Pour batter into center of hot waffle iron.

    Bake until steaming stops and waffle is
    golden brown.

    Makes ten 4-inch squares
