    List of Ingredients




    Breakfast Cookies

    ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
    ¾ cup of sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup-all purpose flour
    ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    2 cups cornflakes
    ½ cup raisins

    Directions:
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. add flour and
    baking soda; mix well. Stir in bacon, cornflakes and raisins.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake at 350* For 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks . Store in the
    refridgerator. Yield: 2 dozen
