    List of Ingredients




    1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
    1 (4 oz) can chopped green jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese
    4 eggs beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup yellow corn meal
    1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
    1 lb. grated jack cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce

    In casserole place peppers then cheddar cheese.

    Mix eggs, salt, Worcestershire sauce, corn meal and
    evaporated milk. Pour mixture over cheese. Bake at 400
    degrees f or 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven put jack cheese on top. Pour tomato sauce
    over cheese. Bake 15 minutes.

    Let stand about 5-8 minutes before serving.
