    Zucchini Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. Butter Flavor Crisco
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 c. flour

    Recipe



    Drain zucchini. Mix zuchinni, both sugars, Crisco, vanilla and eggs well. Add salt, soda and flour.

    Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F., about 10-12 minutes.

    Note: Can frost with cream cheese or favorite butter cream frosting when still hot.
