Hawaiian Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
6 large pork chops
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
6 pineapple slices, wedged
1/4 cup ketchup
1 large green pepper, diced
1 1/4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 small onion, diced
Trim excess fat from chops. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chops in flour mixture, shake off excess. Brown chops in oil in large skillet. Combine vinegar, pineapple juice, and ketchup. Add onion, green pepper and pineapple to vinegar mixture. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Add a small amount of hot water if more sauce is needed. This meat dish goes well with fluffy rice.
