List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk - - undiluted
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup tomato paste or catsup
- 1 -- 2 ounce can sliced mushrooms - - drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano - - crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place ground beef, evaporated milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt in a 9-inch pie pan or plate.
- Mix thoroughly with fork.
- Press into shape of pie shell.
- Spread tomato paste (or catsup) over meat mixture.
- Sprinkle drained mushrooms over tomato.
- Top with shredded cheese; sprinkle with oregano, then Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cut into pie wedges to serve.
