Campbell's Asian Chicken & Rice

1 tbsp. vegtable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
2 cans campbell's golden mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 pkg. teriyaki seasoning mix
1 bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 cups uncooked minute white rice
Recipe
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
Add soup,water,seasoning and vegtables. Heat to boil. Stir in rice. Top with chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
