    List of Ingredients





    1-2 pound stewing beef in 1 inch cubes
    1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup (depending on amount of beef)
    ½ - 1 cup milk (depending on amount of beef)
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    1 can mushrooms or 1 cup fresh

    Recipe



    Brown meat in a saucepan.
    Place meat in bottom of cooking pot.
    Mix mushroom soup,onion soup and milk together.
    Pour over beef and stir to mix.
    Top with mushrooms and mix to coat with soup.
    Cover and cook until beef is cooked thoroughly and sauce is thickened (if sauce is too runny, add 1 tsp cornstarch to thicken).
    Serve over rice or noodles.
