    List of Ingredients




    1 Pound Beef of choice
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    1 tablespoon dried mustard
    1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    2 tablespoons butter

    Recipe



    Slice beef in strips. Dredge in flour. In skillet brown beef in 2 tblsp. oil until tender.Remove beef, drain fat, set aside In 2 tblsp.butter saute peppers,onions add beef simmer for 15 min. In sauce pan mix soup tomatoes,seasoning, simmer until creamy In skillet add beef, sauce mix.
    Simmer until done. About 1 hour.

    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
