B. L. T. Macaroni Salad

List of Ingredients
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
5 green onions(finely chopped)
1 large tomato(diced)
1 1/4 c. celery(diced)
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise(Hellmann`s :o)
5 t. white vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 lb.cooked bacon(crumbled)
Recipe
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold
water. In large bowl combine macaroni, green onions, tomato and celery. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over macaroni mixture, stir to coat and put in 9x13 pan. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Just before serving add bacon.
Yield: 12 servings
