    Festive Corn Salad

    Next time you prepare spaghetti cook an extra amount to use for this tasty salad.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can corn - - drained and rinsed
    • 1 green pepper - - chopped
    • 1 tomato - - chopped
    • 1 purple onion - - chopped
    • 1/2 cup Italian dressing (fat-free is fine)
    • 1 cup spaghetti - - cooked and cooled


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly.
    2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
    3. Note: Salad is always better the second day.
