    Gracie's 7up Lime Jello Salad

    1 regular size pkg. lemon jello
    1 regular size pkg. Lime jello
    2 cups boiling water
    Dissolve jello mixture well
    Add 2 cups icy cold 7up
    1 can very well drained crushed pineapple
    reserve juice for topping
    mix pineapple into jello mixture
    pour into glass pyrex flat dish
    cover top with minature marshmallows
    cool until set
    dissovle 1 level tlb. sugar in reserved juice add 11/2 tlb's corn starch cook until thickened, cool thoroughly, then mix in small carton on cool whip, and cover top of jello after it has set. Just before serving cover top with finely grated American Cheese. The cheese gives it zip and add flavor
