1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE® Cut Green Beans, drained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE Whole New Potatoes, drained and sliced
1/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp. purchased pesto (optional)
Torn salad greens (optional)
Toss ingredients (except greens) together in large bowl; coat well.
Cover and chill. Serve over greens and garnish with thinly sliced sweet red pepper, if desired.
Get Creative: For a main-dish salad, add 6 oz. bite-size pieces deli smoked turkey or cooked ham. And, for quick variety, try other Del Monte Vegetables such as Whole Kernel Corn, Sliced Carrots or Sweet Peas instead of Green Beans.
