Pea Salad With Cottage Cheese
2 cups cottage cheese (1 lg. carton)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup longhorn cheese -- cubed
1 1/2 cup Lesueur Early Peas (2 cans)
1 Tablespoon mustard
2 1/2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled eggs - sliced
Directions:
Drain peas & discard liquid.
DO NOT drain cottage cheese.
Mix all together in bowl.
Top with slice eggs.
Chill before serving! Recipe
