    Deli Sandwich

    2 loaves focaccia
    1 pound honey maple ham
    1 pound oven-roasted turkey breast
    1 pound roast beef
    1 pound Swiss cheese
    1 pound Cheddar cheese
    ½ pound pepper jack cheese
    6-ounce package sliced pepperoni
    12-ounce jar sweet roasted red peppers
    2 vine-on red tomatoes
    Dijon mustard
    Mayonnaise
    Olive oil
    Balsamic vinaigrette
    Red onion slices
    Fresh basil leaves
    Shredded lettuce
    Toothpicks

    Slice focaccia loaf in half and sprinkle with olive oil. Spread with mayonnaise and mustard, to taste. Mix shredded lettuce in a bowl with vinaigrette. Alternate layers of deli meats, cheeses, red peppers, onions and tomatoes. Slice into four or six "pie wedges" and keep sandwich from assembled by using toothpicks.
