1 Johnsonville Fresh Original Bratwurst, grilled
11/2 oz. sauerkraut
1 oz. caramelized onions
2 oz. Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. Reuben sauce (combine next 2 ingredients)
1Tbsp. 1000 Island dressing
1 Tbsp. coarse ground mustard
1 dark rye hoagie
Grill Johnsonville Fresh Original Bratwurst. Place Swiss cheese on an
open-face hoagie roll and add bratwurst, sauerkraut, caramelized onion, and
Reuben sauce. Serve warm.
Makes one delicious sandwich.
