Turkey, Artichoke & Peppadew Wrap
5 (10 inch)Toufayan Sundried Tomato & Basil Wrap or flour tortillas
2 cups Lunds Artichoke Asiago Dip, divided
1/3 cup minced red onion, divided
1/2 cup Peppadew peppers, drained, sliced
1 pound thinly sliced turkey
4 large leaves of leaf lettuce, shredded
Preparation:
Spread dip evenly over each wrap. Sprinkle red onions and peppadews over each wrap. Arrange turkey and lettuce over each wrap.
Fold right and left sides of wrap over filling; fold bottom edge over and roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Remove plastic wrap and cut rolls diagonally in half; secure with wooden picks.
