List of Ingredients
2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
2 pkgs. ranch dressing mix
2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 can of each undrained: black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, whole
tomatoes, and diced tomatoes with chilies
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix
2 cups water
Recipe
Add onions to the ground chuck as it is browning. After it is drained,
combine all of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Serve over corn
chips or tortilla chips, top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream if
desired.
