    List of Ingredients




    Pineapple Cake

    2 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsps. vanilla
    Large can of crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/2 cup English walnuts (or pecans)

    Mix together the sugar, flour and soda. Beat the eggs. Add the dry ingredients and mix together. Add vanilla, and mix. Add crushed pineapple with juice, and mix together. Add the nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Have frosting ingredients ready.

    Frosting:
    1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cups English Walnuts (or pecans)
    Mix together and spread on cake while cake is still hot.
