    chocolate cake mix with pudding
    1/3 cup margarine - room temperature
    2 8-ounce package cream cheese - softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons margarine
    2 ounces semisweet chocolate
    2 tablespoons corn syrup

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2 Prepare cake mix according to package directions EXCEPT use 1/3 cup margarine for the oil.
    3. Reserve 1 cup of batter.
    4. Pour remaining batter into a 12 cup greased and floured, fluted tube pan.
    5. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed.
    6. Blend in eggs; pour over batter in pan.
    7. Spoon on the reserved 1 cup of batter over the cream cheese mixture.
    8. Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 30 minutes.

    Topping: Combine 2 tablespoons margarine, the chocolate and corn syrup in a small sauce pan. Cook on low heat until mixture is melted. Pour over cooled cakes.
