OATMEAL PIE CRUST
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. butter
Combine the oats, flour, sugar and salt. cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Press it firmly on the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake it in a moderate oven (375°) for about 15 minutes. Cool the crust completely and fill it with any desired cream filling.
