Chile Rellenos Casserole

List of Ingredients
3 cans Ortega green chills (or whatever brand you buy)
1 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or whole
and cut into strips)
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
Salt
Hot sauce to suit your own taste
Grease oblong casserole dish. Remove seeds from
chiles and excess strings. Insert cheese in chiles and then top with cheese.
Beat eggs, set aside. To the flour, add milk, eggs and seasonings. Pour over
all.
