    List of Ingredients




    1 can (28 ounces) BUSH'S Country Style Baked Beans
    6 ten-inch flour tortillas
    1 Tbsp melted butter or oil
    1 cup sour cream
    3 cups white or yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
    5 chili peppers, sliced thin
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

    Drain beans and reserve sauce.

    Lay tortillas on work surface, brush with butter and invert. Mix bean sauce
    with sour cream, spread 3 tablespoons of sauce mixture on top half of each
    tortilla, top with beans, cheese, chilies, green onions and cilantro. Fold
    tortilla in half over all ingredients.

    Arrange quesadillas on grill and cook until lightly browned, turn the
    tortillas and grill until cheese is melted. Serve whole or cut into wedges.
