    Creamy Cauliflower Salad

    1 small head cauliflower chopped
    3 tablespoons diced onions
    1 large tomato diced
    1/4 green pepper chopped
    1/2 cup sour cream
    4 teaspoons white vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    dash salt

    Mix cauliflower, onion, tomato and pepper. Stir sour cream and vinegar together: add sugar and salt. Add to cauliflower mixture.

    Serves 4.
