    Cornbread Broccoli Pie w/Spam

    List of Ingredients




    10 oz. package frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
    8 .5 oz. package cornbread mix
    12 oz. can Spam, cut into 1/2 " cubes
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

    Heat oven to 400 degrees.
    Spray a 9 " pie plate with cooking spray.
    Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Stir in diced Spam. Spread in pie plate. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Arrange broccoli spears on top of cornbread. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven. Continue baking 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and cornbread is completely baked.
    Serves 8.
