Apricot Glazed Carrots

3/4 cup water
4 cups julienne-cut carrots
1/4 teasoon salt
1/4 cup apricot preservesRecipe
In medium sauce pan, combine water and carrots.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Simmer over low heat until carrots are tender.
Drain.
Stir in salt and apricot preserves.
