    List of Ingredients




    Baked Carrots

    2-1/2 cups cooked, mashed carrots
    1 tablespoon onion, minced
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 cups rich milk
    3 tablespoons melted butter
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings
