    Green Bean Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans (16oz) whole green beans
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoonsground black pepper



    Recipe



    Drain green beans, reserving one cup liquid. Place beans in a small bowl. Combine bean liquid, onion, and remaining ingredients; pour over beans, tossing gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

    Serves 6.
