    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. cream cheese (cut into chunks)
    4 cups hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg (beaten)
    1/3 cup onion (finely diced)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper

    Preparation Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
