    List of Ingredients




    1 8-ounce package spinach noodles
    1 pound ground beef
    2 8-ounce tomato sauce
    2 ounces Parmesan cheese

    Filling:
    1 pint small curd cottage cheese
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup onion - chopped
    1/3 cup green pepper - chopped

    Recipe



    Cook spinach noodles, drain.
    Brown ground beef; add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Place half of noodles in baking dish, top with Filling.
    Add remainder of noodles
    Spread meat mixture over noodles.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
