    List of Ingredients




    1 9-inch pie crust
    3 medium to large tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 to 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped basil or 1 teaspoon dried
    Season Salt to taste (I used 1 teaspoon)
    ¼ to 1/3 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix, dry
    1-cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Mix drained tomatoes, onion, basil, salt and stuffing mix.
    Put into pie crust.
    Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
    Spread over tomato mixture.

    Bake at 375ºF for 40 to 45 minutes.
