Shrimp Mold

List of Ingredients
- 1 large package cream cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 packages Knox gelatin, plain
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup shrimp juice
- 1/2 cup green or red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded shrimp
Instructions
- Heat soup and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add shrimp juice.
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
- Mix with soup; let cool while ou cut up rest of ingredients.
- Dice celery, onion, green pepper.
- Add shredded shrimp.
- Put all ingredients into soup and mix well.
- Add mayonnaise; pour into mold.
- Put into refrigerator until set.
- When ready to serve, unmold onto platter; surround with crackers.
- Use as spread.
Final Comments
Keeps well in refrigerator for week or more.
