Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Here's a simple & easy peanut butter cookie recipe~





List of Ingredients



• 1 cup of peanut butter, creamy or chunky
  
• 1 cup of white sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• a handful of peanut butter chips, optional
  






Instructions



1. Mix all of the ingredients well.
   
   
2. Make into little, 1 inch balls & place on cookie sheet. Flatten the balls with a fork.
   
3. Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes.
   






Final Comments


Note: Keep a close eye on them when they are baking. As the recipe doesn't include flour, they
might have a tendency to burn easier.
