Pineapple Upside-Down Muffins
List of Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
20 oz can crushed pineapple in juiceRecipe
Mix cake mix according to package. In jumbo muffin tins, place jumbo muffin cups. Drip 1 Tablespoon of melted margarine into each cup, 1 heaping Tablespoon of Brown Sugar in each cup, then pour batter into cups until 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes approximately 12 Jumbo Muffins.
