Two bunches spinach, torn
One cup bean sprouts
One can water chestnuts
Topping:
Four hard cooked eggs, diced or sliced
One half pound crisp bacon, broken
Dressing: Blend in blender
One cup oil
One half cup wine vinegar
One medium onion, minced or thinly sliced (Preferably red)
One half cup white sugar
One tablespoon Worcestershire
Two teaspoons salt
One half cup catsup
Recipe
Pour dressing over salad at last minute. Toss and top with bacon and egg. There are times when I serve the dressing on the side. Some people prefer to put on the amount that they wish.
