10 oz. (93%) lean beef
1 onion, diced
2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 zucchini, diced
2 yellow squash, diced
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans (15 oz) fat free beef broth
4 stalks celery, diced
2 bell peppers, diced
1 pkg. dry chili seasoning
Recipe
Brown beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
