B.J.'s Cheese Logs

Recipe Introduction


I took one of these to work and everyone loved it. I now include one when I give baked goods at Christmas. I have also sold these and could hardly keep up with the orders. I only make them during holidays to keep them special.





List of Ingredients



• 2 cloves garlic
  
• 8 oz. cream cheese - room temperature
  
• 3 lb. Velveta Cheese - room temperature
  
• 2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese - room temperature
  
• 1 cup pecans - finely chopped
  
• Chili Powder
  






Instructions



1. Rub wooden bowl with galic cloves.
   
   
2. Spray hands with cooking spray.
   
   
3. Combine the three cheeses and pecans in prepared bowl.
   
   
4. Form into logs about 6" long and 2" in diameter
   
   
5. Roll in chili powder
   
   
6. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator
   
   






Final Comments


This will make anwhere from 6 to 8 cheese logs, depending on sixe. Serve on Assorted Crackers.
