BOURBON CHEESE BALL

Serves 10
• 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 cup fine aged Kentucky bourbon whiskey
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley
• 3 tablespoons grated onion
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tablespoon salt
• 1/4 tablespoon white pepper
• 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
In an electric mixer or food processor, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bourbon, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Tabasco on slow speed. When thoroughly blended, form into a ball and roll in pecans. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
