Macadamia-Cheese Stuffing for Celery

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
¼ pound (1 stick) butter, creamed
2 tablespoons minced green onions
1 (7-ounce) jar macadamia nuts, finely chopped
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1 bunch celery, each stalk cut into 3 pieces, washed and dried
Directions:
In a medium-size bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in the onion, 1 cup of the chopped nuts and the orange rind until well blended. Fill prepared celery sticks with the mixture and chill until firm. Shortly before serving, press the remaining nuts on top and let the cheese mixture soften slightly. Makes about 3 cups
