Vegetable Bars
List of Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. sour cream
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 envelope ranch style dressing mix
3/4 C. chopped green peppers
3/4 C. chopped green onions
3/4 C. chopped tomatoes
3/4 C. broccoli
3/4 C. sliced carrots
3/4 C. sliced cauliflower
3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C. chopped parsely
Recipe
Cover bottom of a 11x17 cookie sheet with double sheets of roll dough, pat and stretch to fit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until light brown.
In bowl (mix good) mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and dressing mix.
Spread over cooled dough in pan.
Combine all vegetables and distribute evenly over cheese mixture.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and push vegetables into cheese.
Refrigerate at least four hours or overnight.
Cut into bars and serve.
