MARINATED TOMATOES

Dressing:
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt, such as Lawry's or Sauer's
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
4 to 6 large tomatoes, cored, each cut into six wedges
In a measuring cup, whisk together everything but the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the dressing. Marinate for 4 to 5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before serving with a slotted spoon.
Serves 6 to 8.
