    This is so good, it just melts in your mouth

    List of Ingredients




    1 (3 pound) chuck or rump roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

    Recipe



    Place meat into slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Pour barbecue sauce over meat. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours


    Remove meat from slow cooker, shred, and return to slow cooker. Cook for 1 more hour. Serve hot.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings


    Put on Sub Rolls.
