    List of Ingredients




    6 Med. potatoes
    1/2 C Onion
    1½ C Heavy cream
    4 C Milk
    1 stick Butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp Sage
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    2 tsp Dill

    Recipe



    Peel and cut potatoes in small pieces. Chop Onion in small pieces.

    Put in crockpot with cream, milk and butter. Cook on high and cover for about 3 hours till mushy. Add spices and more milk if needed. Cover and cook for about another hour.
