    List of Ingredients





    4 cups tomato juice
    4 cups water
    1 TBSP spicy spices of your choice
    1/3 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (2lb bag)
    1/2 cup barley
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1 small onion (chopped)

    Recipe




    Put everything in a pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer until barley softens.
