Chewy Granola Bars

List of Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup crispy cereal
1/2 cup fruit, ntus, chocolate or carob chips, seeds, etc.
1/2 cup honey
2 mashed bananas
2 egg whites
1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp cocoa or carob powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe
Mix all ingredients. Fold onto greased pan.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
